The reasons that real estate investors are drawn to Florida are both varied and valid. The real estate opportunities in Florida offer a growth rate higher than most other places, when compared nationally, creating a natural flock of investors to the Florida market.  It is the return on the investment opportunities that has really pushed Florida real estate into the investing arena.
