The real estate experience that built Trent Realty has strengthened through three prosperous generations.  It is no surprise to those who work with the agency, that there is an overwhelming atmosphere of family.  The secret to Trent Realty’s success lies in this family standard of valuing relationships.  In the real estate business, good relationships mean success, especially in the REO or real estate owned market where moving listings is dependent on a solid relationship with lenders, buyers and investors. 

Since 1989, Trent Realty has been working with VA and HUD foreclosures.  This vast experience in government foreclosures has allowed the agency to develop close relationships with lenders and other financial institutions and to begin building relationships to deal in bank owned and REO homes.  In 2007, when the flood gates opened on the REO and foreclosure market, Trent Realty was in an excellent position to succeed.  Even as times got rough in 2008 and the housing market began to buckle, Trent Realty was able to continue generating above average commissions each month. 

The troubled economy partnered with the even more troubled housing market forced other businesses to close their doors, but Trent Realty continued to prosper.  More and more requests were made for expanded client services and it was at this time that the idea of expanding the business and offering the Trent Realty franchise model to other realtors grew wings and took flight.  Today, Trent Realty can be found offering foreclosure listings, conventional homes and REO homes throughout Florida.
